- Provide and maintain the RunViaa API service
- Process your API requests to messaging platforms
- Calculate and deduct usage charges (0.10 BDT per execution)
- Monitor service performance and prevent abuse
- Send important service updates and notifications
- Improve our service based on usage patterns
3. Data Sharing
We share data with:
- Messaging Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram (only data required for
message delivery)
- Authentication Provider: Google (for OAuth login)
- Database Provider: Supabase (for secure data storage)
- Payment Processors: For handling transactions (when applicable)
We do NOT:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Share your API keys with anyone
- Read or store message content beyond delivery logs
4. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active
- API Logs: Kept for 90 days for debugging and billing purposes
- Transaction Records: Kept for 7 years for legal compliance
- Deleted Accounts: All personal data removed within 30 days

- API keys are encrypted and never displayed in full after creation
- HTTPS encryption for all API communications
- Access tokens are never logged or stored by RunViaa
- Regular security audits and monitoring
