Welcome to RunViaa. By accessing or using our Multi-Channel Smart API service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

RunViaa provides a unified API for sending messages through multiple platforms:

• Active: Facebook Messenger
• Coming Soon: Instagram Direct, WhatsApp Business, Telegram Bot API

The service is designed for use with n8n automation workflows and other automation tools.

2. Account Registration

Eligibility:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate registration information
• One account per user (no duplicate accounts)

Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining API key security
• Never share your API keys publicly
• Notify us immediately if your API key is compromised

3. API Usage

Acceptable Use:

• Use the API only for legitimate messaging purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
• Respect recipient privacy and consent

Prohibited Activities:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Violating Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Telegram policies
• Harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
• Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass our systems
• Reselling API access without authorization
• Overwhelming our systems with excessive requests

4. Pricing and Billing

Pricing Structure:

• Cost per execution: 0.10 BDT (10 paisa)
• Same price for all channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram)
• New users receive 20 free executions on signup

Billing Policy:

• Charges are deducted from your account balance per successful execution
• Failed requests are NOT charged
• No refunds for successful API calls
• You must maintain sufficient balance to use the service
• Minimum balance required: 0.10 BDT per request

Payment:

• Add balance through supported payment methods
• All transactions are final
• Transaction history available in your dashboard

5. API Keys

• API keys are personal and non-transferable
• You can generate multiple API keys per account
• API keys can be revoked at any time from your dashboard
• Lost API keys cannot be recovered (generate new ones)

6. Service Availability

Uptime:

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
• Maintenance windows may occur with advance notice

Platform Dependencies:

• Service depends on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram APIs
• We are not responsible for third-party platform outages
• Platform policy changes may affect service functionality

7. Data and Privacy

• We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You own your data and can delete it at any time
• We do not read or store message content beyond delivery logs
• API logs are retained for 90 days

8. Third-Party Credentials

Your Responsibility:

• You must provide your own Facebook Page Access Tokens
• You must provide valid Page IDs and recipient PSIDs
• RunViaa does not store or manage your platform credentials

Credential Security:

• Access tokens are passed directly to platform APIs
• We do not log or store your access tokens
• You are responsible for token expiration and renewal

9. Limitation of Liability

RunViaa is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Message delivery failures
• Third-party platform suspensions or bans
• Data loss or service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities

Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

10. Termination

By You:

• You may delete your account at any time from your profile page
• Remaining balance is non-refundable

By Us:

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• We may discontinue the service with 30 days notice
• No refunds for violations or abuse

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• Changes will be posted with an updated date
• Continued use after changes means acceptance
• Major changes will be communicated via email

12. Platform-Specific Terms

By using RunViaa, you also agree to comply with:

• Facebook Platform Terms and Policies
• Instagram Platform Policy
• WhatsApp Business Policy
• Telegram Bot API Terms

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RunViaa harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party platform policies
• Your use of the API for illegal purposes
• Content you send through our service

14. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh
• Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or local courts
• Contact us first to resolve issues informally
